Number 60 (Universal House, 1930) has hosted tenants including Lockheed Martin and Kelkoo. ST took real pleasure in refurbishing this restrained late expression of Edwardian Classicism - calmly detailed, generous in scale, and edging toward modernism. It is set to become a truly delightful place to work.
